Delete your account?

Your account, favorites, statuses, taste, services, filters and all sessions will be deleted. This cannot be undone. Downloaded copies and data in other browsers cannot be removed remotely.

Your data and storage

PlanCine stores your name, email and a protected password hash to manage your account. It also stores your library, taste, services, filters, theme and setup progress to personalize your picks.

The session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. This browser stores copies of your library and preferences; when signed out, your list is stored only in this browser. The pending activation email is kept for the tab session. We do not store your password in browser storage.

The app includes no advertising or external analytics tools. Our server queries TMDB without sending your name or email. External image and font providers receive connection data such as your IP address. Trailer and streaming links open external services with their own terms.

Download your library from My list and delete your account from My account. Deletion removes associated data from the active database and the account copy in this browser. Downloads, copies on other devices and hosting backups are not removed from the browser.

When enabled, we use Cloudflare Turnstile on account and suggestion forms to limit automated submissions. Cloudflare receives connection and browser data for the check; we do not send your name, email, password or suggestion content to it.

To improve PlanCine we record signed-in usage days, recommendation batches, suggested titles and titles saved from them, and voluntary ratings. These metrics do not include signed-out visits or add tracking cookies. These records are linked to the account ID, without copying names, emails, IP addresses or passwords; the private dashboard only shows aggregate statistics. They are cleaned up after 35 days during maintenance and deleted when the account is deleted.

It starts with you

Which titles do you like?

Choose at least five if you can. We use related titles, themes and genres to guide your next picks. You can also tell us what you dislike and change your selection at any time.

How your picks work

Search TMDB titles, get recommendations and organize your library. With a PlanCine account, your library, filters and theme are saved to your account. When signed out, this browser provides storage.

The engine first applies your filters and excludes watched, dropped or rejected titles. It then combines recommendations related to your favorites, keywords and genres, adding a secondary rating signal adjusted by vote count where available. Finally it aims to vary the picks.

Recommendations are indicative. We do not show match percentages because they have not been validated. A small demo catalog cannot measure real-world performance.

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
